Autologous stem cell therapy has a number of advantages:
- No risk of rejection
- Restores lost functional capabilities of individual tissues and organs
- Minimum to zero risk of infectious disease transmission
- Minimally invasive - the procedures are outpatient and take about 3 hours.
- Can be an alternative to surgical treatment
- Improves the function of the immune system and is used in the treatment of some autoimmune diseases
Regenerative cell therapy based on SVF is a new horizon in the process of continuous research, and already applied in hard-to-treat diseases such as muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer's and a number of neurodegenerative diseases, etc.
Procedure
After lipoaspiration about 100 ml. adipose tissue mesenchymal stem cells are isolated with special equipment, and usually about 100,000,000 stem cells are obtained from 100 ml. aspirate, which after activation are applied locally or systemically. The amount is sufficient to inject into both ovaries (50,000,000 each) or both breasts. It has been empirically established that this amount is usually sufficient for direct injection into a given organ. For other procedures - mainly aesthetic, as well as dental (treatment of periodontal disease or when placing implants), this number is too large and the stem squats obtained can be used for more than one procedure or for several different procedures.
For systemic diseases, most often neurological, as well as when the goal is an "antiaging" effect, an intravenous infusion of stem cells is required, and then between 200 and 300 million are needed, which also pass through a special "cell strainer" in order to rule out the risk of fat embolism. Direct injection is possible
into:
•Ovaries •Vulva •Breasts •Penis •Joints •Skin and hair •Eye •Spine disks

The basis of regeneration of each individual organism are its own stem cells, which sustain it throughout life and replace worn or damaged cells in various organs. They divide repeatedly and have the ability to differentiate into different types of cells, including specialized ones. In 4R, for treatment we use autologous stem cells extracted from the patient's adipose tissue, the so-called SVF (stromal vascular fraction). The resulting aspirate is placed in a closed, sterile, automated cell processing system. The isolated cell fraction is processed on site, after which stem cells and their products (exosomes, secretomes) are used to restore damaged or "worn out", aged tissues and organs by being introduced into the body by direct injection, IV infusion or combined.
